Vitamins are so important for everyones health as so much research shows. It not only gives a person the vitamins they need but it can aid in weight loss and the prevention of many diseases. With the Tums, I am not saying that we all have heartburn because of our killer workouts (hahaha), but Tums contain calcium and it is so important, especially for women, to have all of their calcium needs met. It is even more important that we get that calcium while we are young to prevent osteoporosis in the future. We will be setting a new goal every Monday and measuring every Friday. We weigh (at home) and measure: upper arms, bust, waist (at smallest), hips (at widest), and upper thigh. This is all personal, just to see improvement because I know for me improvement is motivation.
