For the next two weeks we will have aerobics on Monday the 25th and Wednesday the 27, then Monday the 3rd and Friday the 7th. We will be setting a new goal every Monday and measuring every Friday. We weigh (at home) and measure: upper arms, bust, waist (at smallest), hips (at widest), and upper thigh. This is all personal, just to see improvement because I know for me improvement is motivation. Good Luck!!!

So nobody knows about this blog yet, but a few of you will tomorrow, so spread the word to those you think will be interested. I thought this would be a good place to post when I will be teaching. This week I will be able to teach Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. See you there.
