Goals and MEASURING!!!
For the next two weeks we will have aerobics on Monday the 25th and Wednesday the 27, then Monday the 3rd and Friday the 7th. We will be setting a new goal every Monday and measuring every Friday. We weigh (at home) and measure: upper arms, bust, waist (at smallest), hips (at widest), and upper thigh. This is all personal, just to see improvement because I know for me improvement is motivation. Good Luck!!!
