I'm Back!!!

Vitamins

This weeks goal is to take a multivitamin and 2 Tums a day. Vitamins are so important for everyones health as so much research shows. It not only gives a person the vitamins they need but it can aid in weight loss and the prevention of many diseases. With the Tums, I am not saying that we all have heartburn because of our killer workouts (hahaha), but Tums contain calcium and it is so important, especially for women, to have all of their calcium needs met. It is even more important that we get that calcium while we are young to prevent osteoporosis in the future. So continue drinking at least three glasses of milk a day (which has been shown to help in weight loss also) and taking your Tums. :)

Goals and MEASURING!!!

For the next two weeks we will have aerobics on Monday the 25th and Wednesday the 27, then Monday the 3rd and Friday the 7th. We will be setting a new goal every Monday and measuring every Friday. We weigh (at home) and measure: upper arms, bust, waist (at smallest), hips (at widest), and upper thigh. This is all personal, just to see improvement because I know for me improvement is motivation. Good Luck!!!
