If any of you have ideas or info on health/nutrition/fitness let me know. I will add links or ideas or what will be helpful. I want to also thank all of you for being such awesome aerobics goers. I am having a great time.
I thought it would be fun to set some fitness goals together (so we are accountable to someone else). We will set them every Monday and I will post them for all to see. Good Luck!
1. No caffeine
2. Drink 64 oz. of water every day
3. Eat only three servings of sweet each day (or less) :)
Welcome to "ABS"olutely Aerobics blog page. I am so excited to be doing aerobics and hope that you all will have as much fun as I do.
