Goal: an achievement toward which effort is directed
This weeks new goal is to work on the goals we have all ready made. Don't give up! If things didn't go so well over the weekend start again on Monday or Tuesday or even Friday. Don't give up!

I love that you are teaching aerobics..oh by the way this is natalie engleman. remember me? :) Just the other day I was telling someone about how you and patrice came to visit teach me that first day. Good times! Miss you! Oh- and I am making fitness goals here at home! thanks for the inspiration!
I thought it would be fun to set some fitness goals together (so we are accountable to someone else). We will set them every Monday and I will post them for all to see. Good Luck!
1. No caffeine
2. Drink 64 oz. of water every day
3. Eat only three servings of sweet each day (or less) :)
Welcome to "ABS"olutely Aerobics blog page. I am so excited to be doing aerobics and hope that you all will have as much fun as I do.
