Goal: an achievement toward which effort is directed

This weeks new goal is to work on the goals we have all ready made. Don't give up! If things didn't go so well over the weekend start again on Monday or Tuesday or even Friday. Don't give up!

I love that you are teaching aerobics..oh by the way this is natalie engleman. remember me? :) Just the other day I was telling someone about how you and patrice came to visit teach me that first day.
