Hey Tiff, This is Kathy Twitchell. I was just blog hopping on a freinds blog and saw this. I read it and then realized it was from you. I would love to come and do arobics on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. My gym pass is up at the end of this month so if you are still doing it I would love to come. What should I bring? Should i bring weights or is it mostly arobics? I am so excited, its great you do this!
I thought it would be fun to set some fitness goals together (so we are accountable to someone else). We will set them every Monday and I will post them for all to see. Good Luck!
1. No caffeine
2. Drink 64 oz. of water every day
3. Eat only three servings of sweet each day (or less) :)
